Story behind the song
It was a tragic incident one morning rush hour. It caused some significant disruption, and we were all hard-hearted, even callous about until it was all forgotten next day.
But these events have a habit of staying with you. It obviously affected me more than I thought at the time and the resulting song was a bit more compassionate.
