Elmer Baker was cheating the charts in the Contemporary Gospel wihich is a Black chart and he is white. Now he is in The Contemporary Christian Charts he just uploade and he is at number 6 like that. I am asking everyone to vote Flop on him and keep him from cheating everyone here. He is obviously cheated especially since he has no singing voice or songwriting talent.
